Waste plastic to oil technology, too costly for SB Malay

The Town Council of Malay is almost convinced of the new technology presented by the group of Dante Diamante of BLEST Summit Mechanical Industry to resolve the problem with waste plastics in Boracay.

This followed after Diamante introduced a certain technology which he said is Japan made, which could be the solution of the mentioned problem, as plastics would no longer be considered trash after it undergoes a number of process using their presented machinery.

The said technology can convert plastic to oil which in turn can be used to run the equipment.

Aside from this, the oil produced through the process can also be used in vehicles.

Moreover the machinery’s refinery automatically separates gasoline from diesel and kerosene therefore can be used in any other machines.

However the town council finds it very expensive as the technology costs Php 142, 000,000 per set.

In line with this, although the councilmen are interested, the local government of Malay has no available fund for this, they are however hoping that in the future or even in the next three years the LGU will be able to acquire it, as this will be a solution to the waste plastic dilemma especially in the island of Boracay.

the boracay island need this technology asap, as a solutions to the boracay island big and worst problems when it comes to all kinds of plastic waste. 142,000,000.00 is cheaper. when we visited europe and canada the amount of said machinery 350 million plus plus. i for my self for sure that the owner give the boracay the introductory price for them avail this technology and this is japan made. the country of japan will not certify technology that will made thier country in a big mess! they have a honor and a word, that why even america trusted them even the united nation who made the video presentation of the said blest technolgy supported them. boracay need to have this or else boracay island will be a island of waste and not a torist spot any more. i watch some docs film called the other side of boracay, it is very dirty. solid waste of boracay, the cousil and vice and mayor be wise that technology will be expensive soon. you have a lot of budget for sure i been visiting boracay many times yiu can afford the said cheaper amount of 142 million than 350 million of the said technology europe and america.

  2. IF THIS TECHNOLOGY FROM JAPAN, THE SAID AMOUNT IS CHEAPER. ALSO BORACAY ISLAND NEED TO CONSIDER THAT THE ISLAND IS ONE OF THE TOURIST SPOT IN THE PHILIPPINES. IF THIS PLASTIC WILL BE CONVERTED TO OIL THEN FURTHER PROCESS TO GASOLINE, DIESEL AND KEROSENE EVEN THE LAST DROP TO HEAVY OIL' WHAT MORE CAN WE SAY. DONT PUT POLITICS JUST HAVE IT AND BORACAY HAVE A TOTAL SOLUTION FOR THE WASTE. I SAW YOUR DIRTY PLACE THAT OTHER GUEST LIKE ME FROM KOREA ALWAYS VISITED YOUR ISLAND. EVEN THE OWNER OF IT SELL IT TO YOUR MUNICIPALITY THE AMOUNT OF 400,000,000.00 STILL CHEAPER. YOU EARN A LOT USE IT.

  7. Japanese ' Blest Machine recycles plastic into oil in safe ways wow! thats cool. i think the prize is cheaper if they saw the help of this machine in this island. i been in the boracay many times and i saw the problems there. wake up.

  8. 142M may be cheap for those living in developed countries like Europe and USA but for underdeveloped countries like the Philippines, it may be a bit costly. However, looking at the other side of having this machine and its benefits, I think it is worth it. Boracay is not the only place that must have this technology. For Metro Manila, I believe this is a MUST HAVE technology.

  15. i saw how boracay have changed over the years. well, it definitely improved as manifested by the increasing number of tourist every year. recent reports showed that they have already reached their target of 1 million guests. tourist increased and so is garbage particularly plastic. i wonder why they wont give special attention to this machine.

  30. i actually made my own research on the said machine. i found out this is now being used by other countries. and it is amazingly beautiful. i never thought that a machine like this could be invented. the inventor was a genius! he's japanese. i would also like to commend the people behind this project who took the initiative to at least introduce the machine. i hope and pray that the country would give a little of their time to get to know the machine better. i am looking forward to seeing the machine fully operating in our country. that would surely be great.

Last month of June the developer of this technology Kiyoshi Nakajima, was welcomed by Laguna Officials led by Governor ER Ejercito's Chief of Staff, Carlos Dolendo. Accompanied by his director for sales, Makoto Takizawa, and his Filipino business partner, Dante Diamante. Mr. Nakajima presented the waste management solution to officials led by Prof. Gilbert Lozada, Head of the Environment and Natural Resources; Virginia Guanzon, Chief of the provincial Peace and Order, and Albert Abarquez, Head of the Provincial Sports and Games Development Office. And the Japan Goverment from ODA Mr. Mori was visited the Philippines last July accompanied by it's developer Mr. Kiyoshi Nakajima and his business partner Mr. Dante Diamante. Their objective is to tell to our loving Goverment that they must need to purchase the Machine-to-Oil Technology and they need it. And Meaning there's a posible the the Japanese Inventors and thier associates will come back again if the boracay goverment will purchase this technology.

    Thank you so much.
