Two days after
the May 13, 2013 mid-term elections, electoral candidates can finally breathe
more easily.
In the island of
Boracay and the entire municipality of Malay, the competition between
candidates can be described as tense, particularly those running for council.
However, during
the Election Day itself, and until the Comelec declared the winners, things
went on more calmly and smoothly.
Meanwhile,
yesterday, May 14, acts of appreciations from winning candidates, especially
those who maintained being in the post as SB members, can be noticed
everywhere.
Based on the
station’s conducted interviews with some winning councilors, they stated that
their constituents can ensure that their votes will not go to waste.
