The
Municipal Auxiliary Police in Boracay will be adding more personnel.
According
to Island Administrator Glenn Sacapano, the Aklan Provincial Government itself
will assist in augmenting the manpower of MAP Boracay.
What
is better, Sacapano said, is that the MAP will be having a 24 hour duty.
The
provincial government is looking to add 50 more personnel, which gladdened the
Island Administrator.
Meanwhile,
Sacapano also confirmed that the new staffs will work in Boracay under the
local government of Malay.
At
the moment, there are only more than 50 MAP members in the island.
