National Police (PNP) has shown its seriousness in addressing the problem re:
traffic accident in Nabas Aklan.
Nabas
PNP Deputy Police Chief SPO4 Crispin Calzado said yesterday, as it vowed to
strictly monitor the accident prone area in the municipality as well as the
motorists.
This
is after the alarming statistics of vehicular accidents which comprises the
van, trucks and other vehicles.
“These
are concerted efforts to give the people peace of mind and to make them realize
the government and the police force are not sleeping on the job and are in fact
doing everything to ensure their safety,” He said.
Meanwhile,
Calzado stressed that they have now an ongoing coordination with the Department
of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to change the old signages in the area.
