Boracay is ready for the Chinese New Year, Thursday, February
19.
Establishments here have different preparations in welcoming
the event.
Most of the hotels and restaurants have offered promos for tourists
especially to the Taiwanese and Chinese who chose to celebrate their new year
in Boracay.
Lucky charms and sticky foods like ‘Tikoys’ are now being
sold in some markets in the island.
Reportedly, most businesses in Boracay are owned by the
Chinese, a reason for them to be busy preparing for the occasion.
Meanwhile, beautiful fireworks display near the beach area is
also awaited every Chinese New Year.
Currently, Chinese and Taiwanese Tourists rushes to Boracay to
celebrate their New Year on the island.
