Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary (PCGA) further increased its members in Boracay Island.

According to PCGA Western Visayas Commander Commodore Athelo Ybañez.

He is glad that the 609 Squadron Coast Guard Auxiliary in the island motivated another batch of men to join their ranks.

Ybañez added that PCGA Boracay do a lot of contribution especially in times of emergency despite of being a volunteer organization.

“They were also enthusiastic of giving free services for the island especially to several tourists who visited Boracay”, He added.
