Reckless imprudence resulting to
physical injuries.
This is the case that 21 year old
motorcycle driver, Bryan Beldia from Pilar, Capiz will be facing after an accident
at Sitio Lugutan, Manoc-manoc, Boracay.
At the initial investigation of the
Boracay PNP, the suspect was drunk during the incident causing him to lose
balance while driving.
The driver got himself a scraped knee,
aches and pains, while his passenger suffered a wound on the head.
The driver reasoned that his commuter was
also drunk and was restless causing him to lose control and skid down at the
stock pile in the area of the road which is still under construction.
Beldia and his motorcycle are currently
at the custody of Boracay PNP, while his passenger is now at the hospital.
