The decision of Mayor John Yap regarding a fast food chain located
at the front beach at Station 2 in Boracay, allegedly disposing garbage
incorrectly, is being awaited.
According to Town Council Member, Floribar Bautista, the
picture of the fast food chain where there were heaps of garbage and garbage
were not thrown correctly, is already at the office of the Mayor.
The person to be assigned by the Mayor to investigate the
matter is also being awaited.
Allegedly, the matter has to be investigated right away
since it could bring shame to the island specially that the said fast food
chain is popular.
The problem which spread in the Social Network was recently
discussed at the Town Council session.
