Frisbee
isn't unlike many up-and-coming professional-league sports in the world.
That’s
why Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) Aklan honored the Boracay Dragons Frisbee
Team for bringing again such a noble prize as they emerged as Champion in US
Frisbee Team held on August 9-10, 2014 at Maryland, Washington DC.
During
the 34th SP Regular Session, the council approves a resolution proposed by SP
Member Esel Flores recognizing the teams.
Meanwhile,
Boracay Dragons Frisbee Team also took home a variety of awards from different Ultimate
Championships Competition in the world.
According
to SP Aklan not only the island of Boracay and Aklan province should be proud
of such honor, but it is also the honor of the whole Philippines.
The
team also thanked those who supported them along the way which they have been
inspired and clinch for championship in America.
