The Makato PNP is now investigating the case of a female who
was found dead at Agbalogo, Makato, Aklan yesterday morning.
According to the report, a local hewer (or wood
chopper/collector) discovered in a dug ground, the sack that contained the
26-year-old’s victim’s body.
It added that the body, whose hands and feet were bound, was
in an advanced state of decomposition.
Her waist and neck were also tied.
It was learned that the victim, who was from Estancia,
Kalibo, Aklan, failed to go home since last month.
The Makato PNP said that the body is currently at the care
of a funeral home.
