The Boracay Foundation Incorporated (BFI) admitted that they too are a dismayed with the problems involving commissioners in the island of Boracay.

This is in line with a number of tourists and or vacationers’ complaints and observations on the not so appropriate dealings of some commissioners; a few are not on proper attire either.

According to BFI President Jony Salme, commissioners must undergo trainings and seminars for them to be presentable and to improve their image.

Meanwhile, the BFI reminds the public to abide by the regulations implemented by the local government for everybody’s sake.

Salme also added that with every tourist’s negative comments on the island, as stakeholders, they are also very much affected.

The BFI President continued by saying, it would be best if tourists return to their own places taking with them good memories from Boracay.
