The
Local Government Unit of Ibajay, Aklan successfully held their Ati-Atihan
Festival 2015 last Sunday.
Thousands
of people watched and enjoyed in street dancing in conjunction of parade of
beautiful floats where every barangay in Ibajay showcased their product.
The
town appeared like a big city due to the influx of people and devotees of
Senior Santo Niño from different towns in the province who joined the occasion,
creating a heavy traffic on national road.
Meanwhile,
some celebrities in the country like Arjo Atayde and Karyle Marquez were
spotted during the Ati-Atihan celebration.
Ibajay
which hold the festival every 4rth Sunday of January is one of the towns in the
province of Aklan that annually holds the Santo Niño Ati-Atihan.
