Boracay Land Transportation Multi Multi-Purpose Cooperative (BLTMPC) is planning to provide service multicab for schools in the island.

This was revealed by BLTMPC Chairman Joel Gelito when he attended the 4th Regular Session of SB Malay yesterday.

Gelito said that it is their way to help the students in Boracay who always find it very difficult to ride on a tricycle going to their home.

It was learned that students usually spend almost an hour before they can ride on a tricycle because some tricycle drivers ignore them.

Hence, BLTMPC presented their plan to Malay council members regarding the additional unit on the island.

Meanwhile, the Sangguniang Bayan Officials are seemingly in favor of the said plan.
