Aklanon MVP of the UAAP Men’s Volleyball Tournament, to be honored by the Provincial Council

The Aklan Provincial Government is extremely glad that an Aklanon was named Most Valuable Player (MVP) in the recently concluded UAAP Season 76 Men’s Volleyball Tournament.

Related to the matter, a resolution was proposed at the 12th Regular Session of the Provincial Council of Aklan, sponsored by all the members of the council, to give tribute to Reuben Nemis Inaudito.

Inaudito is a member of the National University (NU) Bulldogs that dominated the UAAP Season 76 Men’s Volleyball Tournament match to retain their championship crown.

The NU Bulldogs dominated at the finals against Ateneo de Manila University with 25-22, 21-25, 25-23, 27-25 win in the culmination of the 76th Season of the UAAP men’s volleyball on March 5, 2014 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Included in the tough opponents of the NU Team Skipper Reuben Inaudito was Rookie-MVP of Ateneo, Mark Espejo.

Inaudito is from Numancia Aklan and is a varsity player of the National University.

The University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) volleyball tournament is being held every 2nd semester of the school year. The tournament started in 1938.
