Town Council Member Frolibar Bautista is interested to know the amount spent by the Task Force on the 25+5 meter easement rule in Boracay.

This was expressed by Bautista in his privilege speech on the 9th Regular Session of the Town Council of Malay on Tuesday, April 1.

This is allegedly because the demolished structures which violated the 25+5 meter easement rule of the Boracay Redevelopment Task Force (BRTF) of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Malay is not yet at one hundred (100%) percent.

Meanwhile, he also wants to know the infrastructures that are included in the seven (7%) percent that violated the 25+5 meter easement rule and have not been demolished, where they are located, and who own them.

In addition, Bautista is requesting from the Task Force a report or idea on what happened to the seven (7%) percent that was not included in the demolition implementation.
