Students of Boracay National High school will surely be glad once they return for the school opening this June.

This is as classrooms were cleaned and painted anew on the first day of “Brigada Eskwela” Monday.

Parents, BNHS Teachers and volunteers worked alongside for the cleanup inside the classrooms as well as the whole campus.

Members of the Boracay PNP and Public Assistance for Rescue, Disaster and Support Service (PARDSS) also helped in clearing and painting the higher portion of the classrooms.

According to Brigada Eskwela Coordinator and Balabag Elementary School Adviser Mrs. Laarni Casidsid they are grateful to all those who came and continues to encourage others who wants to help for the school to be ready for the opening.

Aside from Boracay PNP, other groups that joined in for Brigada-Eskwela were Boracay Water, Barangay Balabag Officials, and Yes FM Boracay.

The Brigada Eskwela will last until Saturday.
