Written by Mackie Pajarillo

The people of Boracay were gladdened by the arrival of Kalibo Bishop Jose Corazon Talaoc on the feast of the Holy Rosary Parish Boracay (HRP).

According to Sister Candice, member of the Mother Butler’s Guild, they were happy and warmly received the Bishop who, even with his busy schedule, has made time to attend the celebration of the anniversary of the parish.

Bishop Talaoc arrived in the island last Saturday.

Meanwhile, the Bishop was also the main celebrant and provider of homily on the mass that was held early this morning at 8 o' clock which followed the procession.

The founding anniversary of the parish is being celebrated during the 7th of October.
