Not only the tricycles in Boracay are gaining patronage from the tourists but also the “padyaks” (pedicabs) also known as “trisikad.”
In fact it is noticeable how some tourists enjoy the ride.
In line with this, Department of Tourism Boracay OIC Tim Ticar reminds the pedicab drivers and or operators to be careful.
He added that they should avoid or should not go rushing along with the traffic.
Ticar also reminded them of maintaining the vehicle, both in efficiency and cleanliness, for it to be more pleasant.
Moreover, the DOT OIC said that they should also take care of the security of the visitors, as Boracay and Malay’s living mainly depends on them.
Therefore it is just right to give them the best service that they deserve.
